Delivery & Logistics
LobbyBloom currently serves Manhattan and the surrounding NYC boroughs — Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island. Not sure if we reach your property? Email lobbybloom@polsia.app with your address and we'll confirm.
Our professional delivery team arrives on your chosen weekly delivery day during your preferred window (morning or afternoon). We coordinate with your front desk or facilities contact for access — no heavy lifting from your staff. We set up the arrangement and take the previous week's vase with us on the way out.
Arrangements & Quality
Yes. LobbyBloom offers three tiers sized for different spaces:

Boutique — Compact receptions and hotel suites (8–12 inch diameter, from $149/mo)
Signature — Mid-size lobbies and reception desks (14–18 inch diameter, from $249/mo)
Grand — Large hotel lobbies and entrance atriums (20+ inch with statement height, from $449/mo)

We have a same-day replacement guarantee. If an arrangement arrives damaged, wilted, or doesn't meet your standard, contact us before 2pm and we'll have a replacement at your property the same day. Email lobbybloom@polsia.app or reply to your delivery confirmation.
Yes, for Signature and Grand tier subscribers. A team member visits mid-week to trim stems, refresh water, and remove any wilted blooms — keeping the arrangement pristine through the full week. Boutique tier arrangements are designed for full-week staying power without requiring a mid-week visit.
